Brendan Fay Obituary
Mr Fay, known as Benny, was born in Dublin and moved, with his family, to live in Oxford for a short while before moving to Rossendale.
He worked at John Cotton, in Colne, until he retired because of ill health.
Mr Fay leaves his wife of 45 years Judith, daughter Maureen, son-in-law Steve, granddaughter Laura, sister Eileen, brother-in-law Keith, nephews, nieces and many friends.
His funeral is next Monday when the Rev Peter Heywood will conduct a service at the Rosevale Chapel of Rest at 11am before the cremation at Burnley at noon. Family flowers only with donations for Parkinson’s Disease Society c/o funeral director: Geoff Ashworth for Ashworth and Baker Funeral Service, Rawtenstall.
