Published by Legacy Remembers from Feb. 2 to Feb. 5, 2024.
Brett Russell Schoenherr October 21, 1978 - December 12, 2023 On Tuesday December 12th, Brett was found passed away in his home in Pinellas Park, Florida at the age of 45.

Brett was born in Ludington, Michigan to his late parents Linda (Carlson) Schoenherr and Phillip Charles Schoenherr, where he shared a home with his older siblings, Scott Phillip Schoenherr (+3) and Jodi Michelle Schoenherr (+6). Brett was heavily influenced morally by his Grandmother Betty Jane Lunde and his Grandfather Theodore, "Ted" Lunde. He grew up around several cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends in a supportive environment.

Brett attended Ludington High School before following up with his higher education at University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, where he studied Law, earning his doctorate and passing the Texas Bar exam.

Brett left an overall positive impression on nearly everybody he came in contact with. He would make himself the center of attention in almost any room he entered and usually made people laugh.

Brett was preceded in death by his mother Linda (2019) who dedicated much of her life to his betterment. Brett is survived by his stepfather, Jerry Carl Carlson of Hudson Florida, his sister Jodi Schoenherr of Port Richey, Florida, his brother Scott Schoenherr (Amy Crabtree) of La Junta, Colorado. Brett is also survived by one daughter Anastasia (Anya) Schoenherr of the Dallas, Texas area. Brett was proceeded in death by his nephew Russell Joe Schoenherr (Scott). Other surviving family members include nephews Emery and Adrian (Scott) of Las Vegas, Nevada and Tyler Roberts (Jodi). Brett had three nieces, Taylor, Lindsey, and Emmey (Jodi). Cousins Erica, Andrea from the Schoenherr side and cousins Eric, Kyle, and Matthew from the Lunde side. Aunts and Uncles, Joan and Lee Schoenherr and Ruth and Jeff Lunde. Brett had too many friends to mention them all here but a special thanks to Benjamin, Mike, Ron, and Peter, for your lifetime friendships through the ups and downs.

Brett was like no other and is greatly missed and not forgotten by those who were touched by his spirit.
