Bruce was a very good friend to Dennis and I. Not only did we go to church together, live in the same neighborhood , but was out post man for many years. Bruce would call quite regularly and we would discuss the world as we know it. WE love you Bruce!!!!!

I am very sorry to hear of Mr Davis´ passing.

I have very fond memories of "Mr Davis" who was our mail man in Northport, AL. "Here comes the mailman" was my excited refrain whenever he arrived.

I can picture him plain as day driving up in his blue US mail jeep.
He always smiled and waved at me, and as a 5 year old girl, that meant a lot.

My deepest sympathies go out to his friends and family, especially Skipper, who was a classmate friend of mine going all the way back to Crestmont elementary, Riverside Jr high and TCHS class of 1976, with whom I shared a love of The Beatles.

Hope you all know how special your father was to me growing up and I´m sure everyone on his daily mail route. God bless.

Mr Davis was always a light when he came into the barber shop. We´ve shared many memories with him and cherish our friendship that we had. Truly a man after Gods own heart. He will be greatly missed.
