Hi Bruce, we just celebrated Melissa's graduation July 18th at our church. We are so proud of her and I know you would be too. She has grown up to be such a beautiful young woman. She will be attending CSS this fall. She'll be living in the dorms and her major is Nursing. She'll make a great nurse! Melissa told me how she's recently been up to the cemetary by herself a couple times. I know how much she loves and misses you.........just as we all do! John and I are doing fine. June 10th was 30 years since we started dating. We talk about you often and have such wonderful memories of how much fun we all had together over the years. I wonder what the next 30 years will bring? We think of that song and laugh!! We will sure have a quiet house soon with Melissa gone, but have hobbies to keep up busy. We both like the woodworking projects....just like dad used to do. Haven't done much fishing so we're gonna try and squeeze more of that in too. It's hard to believe that in a couples days it will be three years since you went away. I know there was a special place for you up in heaven, and have peace within my heart knowing you're in a much better place! Just a couple days ago Florence was telling John & I how beautiful Pastor Main sang at your funeral, and she wants him to sing at hers. She's doing well also......and we charish every day she's hear with us on earth. I love and miss you so much! I will keep you and all our memories in my heart forever!!

Hi uncle Bruce, man i'm 30!!! crazy stuff, Happy 46 to you too, don't think i forgot, i celebrated it with the family and it was so nice, we all miss you so much, Jenny said it best, your words just seemed to comfort anyone who needed it. Katelynn is so great!! i'm tryin to be just like you with her, i could not have had a better uncle to teach me! I lvoe you so much, NORM is doing great here at the house with us it is the best thing in the world to have my lil bro living with me. We talk about you all the time man, i mean all the time!! Uncle Bruce,
I am going through such a rough spot in my life right now.. Sure wish you were here to walk me through it! Somehow your words always seemed to give me comfort. Your hugs helped a lot too! I think of you often.. when your old address comes up as a customers total at work, or My Own Worst Enemy comes on on the radio, or just doing the darn dishes.
Katelynn is growing SO quickly. She'll be 2 in August. How did that happen?! She's the sweetest little girl!

Hey Brucie, I was just sitting here thinking about you and thought I'd give you a few words. Sure do miss you alot. I am ashamed to say I haven't seen Brenda and the kids much. I will make a point of seeing them next time I get up there. Haven't seen Katelynn either so I better go see her too!! You Both were Great Men who left their mark on many. I have heard what a Fantastic Person you were and so was Paul. Time is not changing many things for me Brother. I still miss you more everyday. While driving tonight, I had a passenger that was talking about you...how you were such a great guy...but I already knew that. The holidays just don't seem the same without you...but I do have that new bright spot in my life...Katelynn Marie...man I wish you could have been here for her. I know you wanted to blow them all off last year but I promised I'd save some for this year.......not realizing you wouldn't be here to do them with us. I was in total disbelief when I heard of your loss. Knowing you from friendship and Moose family ties, makes it very hard to understand the concept of a loss like this. Bruce will be sadly missed by many.
-Brenda, keep your head held high. Your love for Bruce and his for you, made you a very strong willed person. You are surrounded by much love and support from family and friends.

I was dumbstruck when I heard the news of Bruce's passing. I am still in shock. I wish I could be there to give my family just a little more support in this time of sorrow, so here's hoping that a long distance hug will do. Bruce was an awesome person--he never let anyone be a "loner" for long. He made you feel welcome and loved from the minute he met you. I will surely miss my cousin. There are NO words to describe how much how I will MISS Bruce! I want to thank all my family and friends for their love and support through this VERY difficult time. Bruce was a wonderful brother...kind, caring, compassionate, and was always able to comfort me and make me smile. I will miss his hugs and kisses! I have an inner sense of peace knowing Bruce is now with my mom and dad, and all our other loved ones we've lost. I look forward to the day when I will see him again! God bless him.

I am soooo sorry to hear about the loss of Bruce! I was shocked when my cousin Andy called to tell us.
I didnt know him well, but everytime I seen him he always said "HI". My Mom and Grandma talked to him alot before they passed away. I hope you find strength in knowing he is in a better place and is watching over his loved ones! Think of him often, Remember and Love him always!! God Bless You!
