VIBERT, Bruce Chester
December 28, 1941 - August 17, 2012
Bruce Vibert, of Calgary, AB, passed away on August 17, 2012 at the age of 70 years. He is survived by his sons Chris, Lance, Terrence and their mother Annette Small-Vibert and Thayne and his mother Lynda Morris; his grandchildren Asia, Foster, Parker, Seth, Ethan, Nova and Nariya; as well as his siblings Cecil, Beulah Havis, Sonny and Rodney. Bruce was predeceased by his parents Clarence and Hilda; and his siblings Clifton, Rex, Weston, Stanley and Ross. At Bruce's request, no service will be held. Donations may be made to the Alberta Lung Association (Please make your cheque payable to The Lung Association, Alberta & NWT, P.O. Box 4500 Station South, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 6K2). Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family at www.piersons.ca.

I worked with Bruce many years ago on the Neuro Ward at the Foothills Hospital. Although he came across as a tough guy, Bruce was always very kind and empathetic towards our patients. He was always there to lend a hand for the staff and made wording the night shift fun. I have some great memories. Condolences to the family.
