Age 52, of El Paso, TX, formerly of Imperial, on Monday, September 10, 2018. Beloved wife of Joe Knox Blair; cherished mother of Shane D. (Ashley) Scaff and the late Joshua C. and Samantha F. Scaff; stepdaughter, Cathryn C. Blair; loving daughter of Judy and Dan Heck; beloved sister of Pamela and Michael Heck. A funeral service will be held Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 2 p.m., in Crossroads Church, 1000 Crossroads Dr., Oakdale, PA. 15071. Interment will follow in Clinton UP Cemetery, Clinton, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Family Hospice 50 Moffett St., Pittsburgh, PA. 15243. Arrangements are entrusted to NATION FUNERAL HOME INC., McDonald, PA.
