Our condolences to Carmen's family and to all the lives she touched throughout her lifetime.
Carmen was a childhood friend of our father, Frank Noriega, and family. As seniors, Carmen and Frank, enjoyed playing golf with one another, as well as, attending professional tournaments together. They were both avidly passionate golfers.
Our father's sister, Alice, and Carmen were best friends when they were both young women.
Carmen never forgot our grandmother, Felicitas, and would spend days with her after playing in a golf tournament that was in close proximity to Burbank. Our grandmother always enjoyed these visits.
You're in our thoughts and prayers.
The Noriega Family,
Santa Clarita Valley, California.

I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to the family and you are all in my prayers. I remember Carmen with a smile on her face when we would see her on the golf course. She will be missed. Love always, Lisa
