Carol-Ann Chaddock Obituary
Carol-Ann was proud of her career as a pharmacist, leading pharmacy teams with Shoppers Drug Mart for more than 35 years. Past President of the Nova Scotia Pharmaceutical Society, Carol-Ann was dedicated to serving her clients with compassion and professional courtesy, and was committed to ongoing learning and education in her chosen field to ensure her clients had the best care she could offer. She took every opportunity to attend learning opportunities and conferences to improve her knowledge and skill, especially if they could coincide with a chance to see her beloved Toronto Blue Jays in action! Carol-Ann had a passion for baseball and hockey and as a season ticket-holder for decades, rarely missed the Mooseheads on home ice, taking great pleasure in watching games with her friends and family. She was a true friend, steadfastly loyal and could always be counted on for support in tough times.
Carol-Ann enjoyed travelling and shopping, and took great joy in spending time with dear friends and her family. She will be remembered for her impeccable taste and style, and especially for her love of Christmas. She will truly be missed. The family wishes to thank the Emergency Health Services attendants and the staff at QEII Emergency for their dedication and compassion, and friends and neighbours for their love and support at this difficult time.
Visitation will be held at J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Drive, Halifax on Monday, December 29 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM. A celebration of her life will be held at All Saint's Cathedral, Martello Street, Halifax on Tuesday, December 30, at 11:00 AM, with reception to follow in the hall. Family flowers are appreciated, and donations gratefully accepted in Carol-Ann's memory at the Arthritis Society of Nova Scotia.

Reg, Rian, Alex and family,
Our sincerest condolences on the loss of such a wonderful and caring wife and mother. Though it has been almost a decade since I left Halifax, I regularly recall the many days I spent working with Carol-Ann and how much she meant to me. She was a huge inspiration to me and I am a pharmacist today in large part because of her. May you find peace and comfort in the days ahead.

Carol Ann, affectionately known as CC by her pharmacy team, was such a kind and generous lady. I offer my deepest condolences to her family. It was a privilege to learn from her early in my career and again more recently when I returned to SDM Clayton park. I am saddened that I am unable to formally pay my respects to her at All Saints Cathedral on Tuesday as I am out of the country until the new year. I hope her family will take comfort knowing that Carol Ann touched so many lives and that there are prayers being offered both near and from afar. I will light a candle in her memory at the chapel of All Saints Episcopal Church here in Frederick, Maryland. Bless you, CC - may you rest in peace and rise in glory to join the great company of All the Saints. Amen.
