Carol A. Hanus, 79, of Hellertown, died Thursday, December 29, 2022 at St. Luke's Hospital Bethlehem Campus, Fountain Hill. She is the wife of Stephen J. Hanus. Carol was born in Northampton on May 26, 1943 to the late Howard E. & Stella G. (Kromer) Windsor. She worked as a cashier at the former Dan's IGA - Hellertown and the Morning Call – Allentown. Carol was of Lutheran Faith. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed crossword puzzles and an animal lover.
SURVIVORS:
In addition to her husband of 55 years; son: Eric Hanus (Julie) of Easton; brother: Brent Windsor (Roseann) of Allentown; six nieces and one nephew; granddaughter: Molly Held. Carol was predeceased by a brother: Stanley G. Graver.
SERVICE:
Private Graveside services will be held at Union Cemetery of Hellertown. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at: www.heintzelmancares.com. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. – Hellertown.
CONTRIBUTIONS:
