1927-2017
Carolyn Hardley, 89, of Camden, Alabama, passed away on July 6, 2017 in Pensacola. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pratt Hardley, Jr. and a son, Charles. Mrs. Hardley is survived by five of her sons: Pratt, Jarvia, Gary, Russell and Christopher; daughters Deborah and Pauline, 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Carolyn enjoyed cooking and baking and was a big fan of the Atlanta Braves, the Miami Marlins and the Miami Heat. She was a self-employed store owner (Rock Away Grocery) and homemaker.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation on Friday, July 14, 2017 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home. A service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Jehovah Lutheran Church in Pensacola.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Eastern Gate Memorial Funeral Home.

Sorry for your loss! I remember your Mom quite fondly. She was a good-spirited woman. We had always considered her an Auntee, since she was my Uncle David's sister. Uncle David married my Dad's sister, Clara Rich in Camden, Alabama. She was a good friend of my Mother, as well. God bless you all in this time of sorrow.
