Carolyn Long Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Raymond Long, and her sister Patsy Retych. She is survived by her children Tina Ammeraal, Deanna Birr (Eric) & Scott Long, brothers Kenneth Craver (Ann), Lane "Skip" Craver & sister Ella Johnson (Dale), & 2 fur babies Cinnamon & Angus. She had 5 grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Life and time of remembering will be held March 16, 2024, from 1-3 at the Floral City Community Building (Lions Club) at 8370 E. Orange Ave. Floral City, FL 34436. Any condolences can be sent to the family at 8120 S. Kimberly Cir. Floral City, FL 34436.

Today at the Celebration of GiGi´s life, during the Sermon given by Eric, he mentioned that "she had a way of making everyone that came to an event feel as though she was so happy they were there and that they were family" I don´t know that I´ve ever felt "home" with a stranger more then the second I met GiGI and from there on after. She made me feel loved and I loved her dearly from then on after. The life she led, with such grace and adventure. In the moment but with purpose. I hope I can come close to the long, story-filled, love-filled life she has led. Cheers to you GiGi!
