PEEVEY, Carolyn Patricia (nee-Caufield) On February 7, 2004, Mrs. Carolyn Patricia Peevey of Sylvan Lake, Alberta, passed away at the age of 34 years. She is survived by her husband Randy, and four loving children, Randi, Andrew, Jordan and Teresa, all of Sylvan Lake. Carolyn also leaves her loving parents, Harrison and Judith Caufield of Sylvan Lake, and three brothers, Dennis (Shauna) Caufield of Edmonton, Jason (Beth Ann) Caufield and Clayton (Cheryl) Caufield of Grande Prairie; her paternal grandmother Ruby Caufield of Airdrie, and her maternal grandmother Jennie Slater of Sylvan Lake. A private family funeral service was held Thursday, February 12, 2004, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints, Coronation Park, Edmonton, and interment followed in Westlawn Memorial Gardens.
