Mrs Catherine taught my daughter Victoria piano for sveral years. We were with her when she was diganosed with the cancer. She was a very strong and courageous woman. We loved her very much. Every time my daughter plays the piano I will think of her. She gave my daughter a beautiful gift, the love of music. She will me missed. Condolences to the family. You are in my prayers.

I was a piano student of Miss Catherine's for eight years in the 60's, and entered several Bach contests at Loyola. She is a person that none of her students will ever forget. I am very sorry to hear of her passing; my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Catherine was my first piano teacher. We were both very young at the time. She was truly an inspiration to me. I shall miss her.

Aunt Catherine was one of the most caring and gracious persons I have known. She devoted a large part of her life attending to her family in their later years, while at the same time stimulating young minds as a teacher in the public school system and as a private piano teacher. She was a very giving, loving person, and our family will miss her dearly. A very classy lady.

I will really miss Aunt Catherine. I will miss playing piano for her, and talking with her, and her helping me improve my piano skills. Most of all, I will miss being with her, and sharing things with her. I am really sorry that I couldn't be there with everyone else.

I was a piano student of Miss Catherine's for 11 years, and so was my mom before me. I am terribly sorry and very saddened for the loss. She was and will always be a major influence in my life, and I would not be who i am today without having known her. I love and miss her deeply and am incredibly sorry for your loss.
