Cesar,
The only way I have to show my great happiness with you is through this site.
I wish we could sit down and talk about our son and how much he has grown and accomplished. He made it to the University of Santa Cruz (UCSC) with a 4.05 GPA getting Suma Cumlaude. Getting a Griffin award and a leadership award with many more that I can´t list. He is extremely excited and is Majoring in Computer Science and getting a Minor in Linguistics.
He works inside the school with the VA as the Vice President of communication. You would be ecstatic. I hope your jumping up with joy up there.
He reminds me a lot of you. Smart and witty. He walked the stage with you in his arms. Brought me to tears.
Thank you for helping me raise a fine young man. I know you are looking over him and us. I also know you hear me and listen to me talk to you.
You made me who I am today.
Thank you for giving me the most amazing and my only son.
Your memory lives deep in our hearts. We love you.

As each day passes and I step onto the stones of the path of life, I think of the past and the present, pondering what could have been, for I now wish for a second chance, to have the desire of hopes, and love.
There are no words to express my overwhelming hurt and sadness within my heart, soul, and mind, for I shall always cherish and hold dear to me, the memories.
I so dearly miss you, and love you.

As I sit here, writing this message, I am still in such disbelief that you are physically gone. I don't know why the Lord chose to take you so early but I am sure it was for great meaningful reasons beyond our comprehension. My heart breaks just knowing I will not see your handsome face, those eyelashes or hear your voice again. But someday.....I WILL! We'll go get tatted together again & stay up all night & talk about life as we did not too long ago. You were my 1st love & as you said, "Lifer DAWGS"...(that was funny) & that we will remain forever! I miss & love you always "ROMEO!" R.I.P.
