CHARLES ADKINS Obituary
Aliquippa
Charles Adkins, 84, a longtime resident of
Aliquippa, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Charles was born on April 9, 1936 in Aliquippa the son of the late Sarah and Charles Adkins, Sr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Charmine Dunlap and two sons, Shawn and Chet Adkins.
Charles worked at J&L for over 20 years and the Main Steel for three years. He also worked as a mechanic at Frank's Garage for several years. He was a 33rd degree Masonic and member of St. Mark Lodge.
Charles was known for his love his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by a son, Kevin Adkins of California; sister, Sarah Williams of New Jersey; devoted beloved companion, Mary Walker; extended family, Carvester (Margit) Norman, Eric (Tiffany) Walker and Sharon Norman; devoted grandchildren, Breaunya and Tony Norman; great grandson, Reon ; very special niece, Roxanne (Sherman) McBride; and a host of loved nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 10 to 11 a.m. with a private service to follow at the PITTS FUNERAL HOME OF ALIQUIPPA, 920 Franklin Ave., Antonio Pitts, Funeral Director.

To the family, extented family and friends of Mr. Charles Adkins: William and Belinda Walker would like to express our our sincere condolences and prayers. We have known Mr. Charles (aka) Mr. Chuckie as Belinda so affectionately called him for quite some time. He was a true gentlemen and gave respect to all he came in contact with. We are truly going to miss him, but he is resting in peace in the arms of his Lord, may God bless you all.
