Dear Lynn, Jackie, & Chuck,
I am very sorry about the passing of Charles.
A lot of love came from Annie and Charles and all of you. Never will I forget the good times and blessings I received from your family.
It is just impossible to get to Tifton to see all of you but that doesn't mean I don't love you and remember all of you.
God bless all of you richly. Love,
Marshall and Janell

To the family of Charles, I want to express my deep sorrow on his passing. I recently found out which took my breath away. We (my family and I) became very fond of Charles at the VFW. He touched our lives with laughter and love. I do know that he is in a better place. He was there for me in November 2007 when my brother past away. He gave me words of confort. I will never forget him. He became good friends with my husband. I will always be grateful for his friendship. He will be missed.

Uncle Bobby,
I was so glad that I got to spend some of your final days here on this earth with you. You always made me laugh with your funny and silly ways. I remember all the family outings even as I was a child. I know that you are with "woman" now and would never trade places to come back to us. Don't forget our promise to each other, please tell my Mama I love her. Did you remember to bring a bone for Donna Jean? I look forward to the day that I am with you and all of our loved ones and most important of all, to our Lord. I will miss you but I know that I will see you soon as I was saved by JESUS who suffered and died on that Cross to save all of those who believe in him. I ask that GOD will place his hand on my Daddy, Aunt Peggy, Lynn, Jackie & Chuck and all the kids and family to give us strength and peace through this time. GOD is good to his children. We will all be together soon.
Always my love,
Barbara (Pootie)

To my granddaddy, my Big Daddy, (What everyone called him) whom we all loved so much, God took you home the day before Mother's Day so you could celebrate it up in Heaven with Mimi(His wife of 54 wonderful years~My Grandmother). God took you home on 5/10/08, He took Mimi home on 7/4/07, reverse the month & day that He took you and that's the exact amount of time it was until you were reunited with Mimi. I know it was also a joyous reunion between you and my dad (your son) & other loved ones that went on before you to be in the kingdom of our Maker!! How awesome is that!! God is so good to his children!! You suffered for so long and were hanging on in there the last few days & hours & that was such vaulable time we were able to spend with you!! We love love and miss you!! We can't wait to see you again!! (P.S. On one of the door's at your house, Marcus(my oldest son) wrote "by big daddy.")
