CHARLES (CHUCK) RICHARD BEDOSKY Charles (Chuck) Richard Bedosky, 78, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 3, 2016, in Harrisonville, Mo. He was born May 5, 1938, to Joseph John and Ann (Krysyna) Bodosky in Wilmore, Pa. Chuck served in the United States Air Force from September 1956 to February 1977. He enjoyed playing golf, bowling, watching baseball and soccer, and spending time with family. Survivors include his ex-wife, Karen Sue Bedosky of Harrisonville; his daughter, Lisa (William "Bill") Kay of Harrisonville; son, Alex James "A.J." (Nicole "Niki") Bedosky of Gladstone, Mo.; one step-grandchild, Jade Jones; three grandchildren, Charles "Charlie" Bedosky, Marlee Bedosky and Stella Bedosky; sister, Mary Ann (Joe) Krisko of Portage, Pa.; brother, Matthew "Bud" (Sylvia) Bodosky of Arden, NC; brother, Michael "Mick" (Yvonne) Bodosky of Portage, Pa.; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and brother, Joseph Bedosky, Jr. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at Longview Funeral Home, 12700 S Raytown Rd, Kansas City, MO 64149. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, followed by inurnment with military honors in Longview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations to the Arthritis Foundation to find a cure for Rheumatoid Arthritis.
