Mr. Clarke was our lovely, caring neighbor for over 30 years on 32nd Street. I always enjoyed our conversations; he was so intelligent. Every year he offered me lilac blooms from his yard because he knew I loved them. I will miss his caring presence on our street. We send our sympathies to his family.

Rest in Peace Uncle Charlie...always kind and patient, especially when all the cousins were there and we would accidentally let the dog escape the yard! Always remember him on the riding lawnmower keeping the yard looking nice so we could play croquet, and washing his car. He always had a big smile for us. Thank you for your service to our country, and taking care of Grandma Clarke. God bless!
