Charles RENAUD Obituary

RENAUD, Charles Henry ("Chuck") 76 Years. It was a long journey, with many battles, and now, God has called one of His best back home. On April 24, 2003, Chuck left behind a wealth of memories and a large loving family. He was a life-long companion, friend and husband to Marie "Rose" (Pare) and dedicated father of Bob and Sue of Amherstburg, Carol and Dennis Hutton of St. Thomas, Ken and Marg of Belle River, Ron and Cathy, Larry, Patrick (1953), Richard and Chris, Debbie and Tim Topolie, Cathy and Forrest Green, all of Windsor. Chuck was also a gentle and smiling Pipe to 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. As the fourth child of William (1962) and Hilda (Fryer 1984), he was a special brother to Clifford, Kay, Frank, Hazel Bedard, Theresa Guilbeault, Mary Jane Zorzit, Clarence "Bud", Florence "Tootsie" Miller (1978), Elaine Simpson, Shirley Norry, and Joe. He was a loved brother-in-law to Don and Rita Pare, Jeannette Teron and Gladys Deschamps. Chuck was a favoured uncle to dozens of nieces and nephews. He was always a trustworthy employee and respected co-worker during his 37+ years at L.A. Young Spring and Wire/Chrysler Spring. Chuck was devoted to his family and known by all as a good and kind man. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered always. You are invited to share your grief and and your joy with Chuck's family at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Saturday April 26, 2003 from 7-9pm and Sunday from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 pm. Please gather at Most Precious Blood Church, 1947 Meldrum Rd. (Meldrum & Tecumseh Rd. East) on Monday April 28, 2003 from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Mass at 10:30 am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of Windsor greatly appreciated. Online condolences may be made to www.windsorchapel.com
