I remember serving under Commander Stuckey when I was stationed at the Naval Regional Medical Center in Millington Tennesse. He was innovative and willing to expand the ambulance services to a level not known before. I was a secondary ambulance driver and knew him as a fair and knowledgeable ranking officer in the united states Navy. May his family find peace in their sad time of mourning. Job well done Commander.
