CSM (Ret.) Charlie Mack, Jr. entered into rest on Friday, April 21, 2017. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2 p.m. at New Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. James Hogan officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park with full military honors. Survivors are his children, Charlie Mack III, Marlene Mack-Martin, Lashanda Mack-Thornton (Jimmie); sisters, Naomi Jones Robinson, Carol Jones Brown, Marie Jones Holland, Kim Jones Crawford, Hattie Jones Davis; brothers, Robert Griggs, Charlie Jones, Jr.; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; special friend, Mary Brooks; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. The family will receive friends on Friday, from 6 to 8p.m.at the funeral home.
