Charlotte was born on April 18, 1921 and passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016. Charlotte was a resident of Saint Clairsville, Ohio at the time of her passing. She was a graduate of Franklin High School New Athens Ohio. She was married to Richard. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Toothman Funeral Home St. Clairsville Ohio on Sunday October 2 2016 from 1 P.M. until time of Memorial Service at 2 P.M. conducted by her nephew Jake Kidd. Private interment was held at Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Charlotteâs honor to The Judy Vincenzo Foundation CO: 67562 Pogue Rd. St. Clairsville OH 43950.
