To the entire extended Treadwell family~ Mel and I met Charlotte (& Bud), most likely 25 years ago when Mel and I met and got married 2 years later. Mel joined the J135 barbershop quartet which included Allan, Andy & Casper and then we enjoyed many of the Washington Treadwell's activities, some camping trips at Greenfield St. Park and then when the quartet would do Singing Valentines, they would often make a pit stop over at Charlotte's for some homemade soup. We loved talking with her as she was the heart of this big family. We saw their children get married and celebrated lots of good times. Music heals. We know how much she LOVED to dance and will always remember her spunk, that gleam in her eyes and love for her family. Hugs, peace, love to all, Barb & Mel

On behalf of the Keene NH Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (Cheshiremen Chorus), may I extend to Allan & Lori, Aaron, Stephanie, and Josh, and the extended Treadwell families, our condolences and deepest sympathies on the passing of Charlotte. She has returned to Bud and to the Harmony.

I remember Mrs. Treadwell singing in the choir with my mother Priscelle Shepard at First United Baptist Church in Lowell.

I was Tom“s college roommate and have very fond memories of visits with Charlotte and Bud and the entire Treadwell clan. Charlotte was always welcoming, notwithstanding that she already had a full house keeping her busy 24/7. May Charlotte rest in peace (she deserves it!)

I'm so sorry to hear of Charlotte's passing. Nearly 60 years later, I have such fond memories of Charlotte and all the Treadwells. And I still look up to the house on Christian Hill every time I cross over the Merrimack. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
