Let there be no mourning, for mourning is a sign of sadness and unfulfillment. Cheryl left all of us a great legacy, a legacy which calls for nothing but celebration. Celebration of her life of dedication--to her family, her friends, her faith and her art. Our lives are marked by "ups and downs", but Cheryl's downs were hard to find among her always present inspiration and effervesence. She was as a freshly popped bottle of champagne--so let us always celebrate Cheryl's life, never forget her, but never mourn.

I am saddened to hear of Cheryl's passing. We had many fun times in school and working at the Nursing Home together. She always had a smile and made us laugh. God's peace to Cheryl and her loving family. May her music play on forever in heaven.
