Cheyenne Kelly Biggs

Cheyenne Kelly Biggs, age 18, of Citrus Springs, Florida, passed away July 28, 2015. She was born Oct. 22, 1996 in Dalton, Georgia . Preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Rev. Billy J. Miller and her paternal grandmother, Wanda Williams.
Cheyenne and her family moved to Florida four years ago from Minford, Ohio. Cheyenne was a graduate of Lecanto High School.
Cheyenne is survived by her parents, Timothy S. Williams and Tonya M. Biggs of Citrus Springs; paternal grandfather, Don Williams of Cincinnati, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Alice and Carlton Mason of Williamston, Michigan; one brother, Mark Shane Miller of Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri; one sister, Lacy Biggs of Portsmouth, Ohio; two uncles, Billy J. Miller, II and his wife, Jeannie of Harlan, Kentucky and Shawn Miller and his wife, Kimberly of Harlan, Kentucky; three cousins, Tyler Colton Miller, Austin Brent Miller and Brendan Luke Miller all of Harlan, Kentucky.
Family will be receiving friends from 7 until 9 p.m., Saturday evening, August 1, 2015, at the Brown Funeral Home in Lecanto. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Sunday, August 2, 2015, at the Brown Funreal Home. Burial will be the Resthaven Cemetery in Harlan, Kentucky. Brown Funeral Home and Crematory in Lecanto.
