On Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the age of 14. Beloved daughter of Shannon Edwards and Neville Kotval. Loving granddaughter of Patricia Edwards, nee Leishman (Eric Street), William Edwards (Beverly), Vera and the late Minoo Kotval. Cherished niece of Kevin Edwards, Kirsten Kotval Teela (Jeremy), Keith Kotval (Ayako), and great niece of Gavin Leishman. Dear cousin of Myles and Jasmine. She will be greatly missed by her four-legged fluffy canine friend, Lucky. Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at the
Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes
3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean

I don't know your family but I am a parent of a 14 year old girl and I am so affected by this story. Truly a living nightmare. I feel physical pain and anxiety when I think of what you're going through. I don't know how you will go on but I feel that Chloe's death will save many lives from the same fate. She is a hero. Shannon- I received an email from Kanata about this heart breaking loss of your daughter. I taught you at EOM and still picture you as that young girl.
