Dear Dr. Chalfen and Family:
I am so sorry about Chris' death. Remembrance of her will always be in my heart.Just the short time knowing her and seeing her at events were very pleasant moments. She was a nice person to know. My prayers are with you and the family. Dr. Chalfen I hope God blesses you and takes good care of you because you deserve it. Sincerely, Vivian and family.

Hi Matt and Jonathan (and Mel),
Just wanted to add my sympathies to my Mom's message from our family--I too won't be able to make the trip from California to be with you tomorrow, but my thoughts will be with you!
So many of my childhood memories involve your family and Chris, from camping trips to birthday parties (where she would often pick out a more "girl appropriate" party favor just for me) to barbeques with watermelon-seed spitting contests. I will miss her!
Love, Julie

Deepest sympathies from Christina's cousins Warren, Charles and Tina. We have wonderful memories from when we were children of sharing Christmas Days in Philadelphia with Christina and the rest of the Roak family. We are comforted to know she now lies in peace.

To Mel, Matt and Jonathan --
I am so saddened by your loss, but cheered by many, many happy memories of the Webster/McGuire children growing up together. I can close my eyes and see Christina peeling carrots at a picnic table at our house in New Hampshire.
I have a long-scheduled trip to California to see Julie this week-end that I cannot postpone. My thoughts and love will be with you. Please, please give us a call later in the summer - perhaps a dinner at our house at which we can look at some of the many pictures (and you can meet Josh's Sam and Andy)?
Much love, Claire, Jim, Josh and Julie
