Christina Marie Goodwin, a beloved mother and friend, passed away on July 14, 2024, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Born on November 15, 1979, Christina was devoted to her children, community, and enjoyed country music and the serenity of water.

With a heart as big as her love for Keith Urban's melodies-and yes, he knew her by name-Christina was the family's MVP, always ready to cart her kids to their next grand adventure, whether on the court, stage, or in the pool. Her career after her kids graduated high school reflected her love for helping people, regardless of their situation in life. As a Program Specialist at Roseville Area Schools and a Street Response team member at Ain Dah Yung Center, she supported those in need with unwavering dedication.

Christina is survived by her children Zoe (Ed) Serrano, Jude Pettit, and Noah Pettit, who will continue to carry on her legacy of energy and compassion. Her father, Terry (Kathy) Goodwin, survives her, while her mother, Terri Muller, preceded her in death.

In true Christina fashion, a Celebration of Life will be hosted where the water meets the shore and the laughter floats on the breeze this coming August. For details, reach out to Zoe.

When Mainline Syringe Service Program was hanging on by a thread, Chrissy was an ENORMOUS hero to us and our clients. She volunteered above and beyond to make sure every client could access HIV testing, harm reduction supplies, connection to food and treatment, and other life-saving resources. She was generous, kindhearted, and committed.

Prior to that, I was an outreach partner with her for over a year and always appreciated her wicked sense of humor and laughter. She is very missed.

First memory is tough, but one of my high school favorite memories was walking around Anoka High school after graduating (outside) and just talking about life and our futures.
I was so glad we were able to connect on FB after all these years. I will miss our random conversations. My heart is with your family.

So many hours spent on the bleachers watching the girls play volleyball. All the fun trips for the girls.
Talking on the phone for hours, listening to the antics of your/her crazy cats that you/she loved.
Crying together over frustrations in life.
Happy tears for all the accomplishments of our children.
