Christina Ann Zuniga (aka Christi and Nana) went home to be with the Lord May 26, 2022 at Harlingen Medical Center. She was born in Harlingen, TX to Cristobal Zuniga and Margarita Ann Rocha Zuniga.
Christi was a smart, educated, kind hearted and loving person inside and out who absolutely adored all children.She was a die hard Dallas Cowboy and Texas Longhorn fan and absolutely loved the beach and her Hallmark movies! She was also a very active member at Faith Pleases God Church. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She will be missed and never forgotten.
She is preceded in death by her mother Margarita Ann Rocha Zuniga, her sister Adelaida Zuniga and niece Margaret Conde.
She leaves behind to cherish her beautiful memory her common law husband, Santos Hinojosa, her father, Cristobal Zuniga, sister, Paula Conde-David Conde (Owen), brother, Emmanuel Zuniga-Ashley Zuniga (Lilah, Mariah, EJ), brother, Matthew Zuniga-Melissa Zuniga (Melina, Mason, Matthew), sister, Sophia Trinidad Rocha (Jose, Isaac, Nathaniel), and sister, Enriqueta Juana Rocha (Izabella, Giovanni and Juliana).
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday June 10, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Faith Pleases God Church, with Pastor Kevin Ortiz officiating located at 4501 W. Expressway 83 Harlingen, Texas 78552.
Arrangements are under the direction of Trinity at Harrison Funeral Home.www.trinityfunerals.com

I had the privilege of caring for Christina for just one single day during her long hospital stay.. and I will never forget her lovely spirit.... She had a shining light.I know we will meet again. Christina, thank you for the Nurses' Day card.I cherish it.
