Christine Dobson Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 20, 2025.
Christine D. Dobson passed away peacefully with her husband Brian at her side, on August 4, 2025, at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA, after 44 days of hospitalization for a necrotizing bacterial infection and multiple organ failure.

Christine was born the eldest of two daughters, born to James Langston and Carol Pavletich.

She was born in Portsmouth VA.

She grew up in places like Puerto Rico and Bakersfield, CA.

She was a graduate of Foothill High School in Bakersfield, CA. Class of 89.

She was married 24 years until her passing.

Christine was kind, caring, had an infectious laugh and a fantastic smile.

She loved the beach & being outdoors. She also enjoyed playing a virtual world game called Second Life with Brian. But most of all she loved her family and friends very much. Nearly daily talks on the phone with her mom was a high point of her day.

She was preceded in death by her father James Langston. Her uncle George Pavletich, Her Paternal grandparents and her Maternal grandparents.

She leaves behind her husband Brian Dobson, her mother Carol, Stepfather Hank Wilcox (Who became far more then a "step" parent to her), her sister Janice Langston, step-brothers Dylan and Derek Wilcox, her nephew Jared Langston and many nieces.
