Christine K Hill

Christine Hill, a beloved mother, grandmother, and retired professional, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2024. She was 72 years old.

Christine is survived by her loving daughter, Kristen Anderson and cherished granddaughter, Karell Anderson, her brothers Joe Hill (Susan), sister-in-law Debbie Hill, Jeffery Hill (Corinne), Patrick Hill (Christine), Stephanie Hill (Roberto), Timothy Hill (Jeannette), and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Joe Hill Sr. and Clara Hill, her brothers Gregory Hill and Michael Hill. She was deeply devoted to her family and found immense joy in watching her granddaughter grow.

Christine was a proud graduate of Whetstone High School, Class of 1969. Professionally, Christine dedicated 33 years of service to The Ohio State University, where she made lasting contributions in her role before retiring. Christine had a

passion for animals, finding solace and companionship in their presence throughout her life, especially her adoring cats. She also had a keen eye for art, jewelry, and fashion, pursuits that brought her creativity and pleasure. Among her many passions, music and dancing held a special place in Christine's heart. She found immense joy in moving to the rhythm of her favorite tunes, often brightening the room with her captivating spirit.

Those who knew Christine remember her warm heart, gentle spirit, and infectious laugh. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Christine's legacy of love and compassion lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in her life's journey.

A memorial service will be held in Christine's honor on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 2pm at the VFW in Whitehall, 4100 E. Main Street, Whitehall, Ohio 43213
