Ms. Jones was both my homeroom teacher and Economics teacher in 12th grade STA. I remember her fondly as a committed teacher and mentor with a great sense of humor. Twelve years ago she came to my father's funeral, along with other members of the STA family. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated. My heart goes out to Jen and her family in this difficult time.

Mrs. Jones was my teach in grades 7 and 8, at St. Elizabeth's. By far the best teacher I ever had. Rest in peace.

Mrs. Jones was one of the most inspirational and brilliant teachers I've ever been blessed to have in my life. She pushed, pulled and got the best out of her students. I'm privileged to have known her. RIP

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. For many of the years I taught at St Thomas Tina was the first person I would speak to every morning. She brightened my day as well as the days of many others.

Mrs. Tina Jones gave so much of herself during her long tenure at STA. Over the many years Tina tolerated my so called sense of humor and antics. Tina also became a mentor for me and guided me in stressful situations. Tina treated me like family. I will always be in debt to her. As the Chair of the Theology Department I was given more opportunity to work closely with Tina on a daily basis. I learned so much from Tina and Monsignor Kelly in regards to secondary education. I remember the words and phrases so often today. Words like “Baby Raiders, Kudos and Plaudits, and,
her words of gratitude for all that we accomplished with our students”. I am saddened by this great loss as the years go by. May we always remember Tina in our hearts as a cornerstone of STA. May Tina intercede to our Lord and His Mother to guide all at St. Thomas today. Especially, to guide Father Kelly and Dr. Aloma along with all involved. May the Lord give Tina’s family and all of us who have been touched by Tina His love and peace. Mary Forney ‘77

Mrs. Jones was one of the most kind and wonderful teachers and leaders I was lucky enough to know and have. She truly cared for everyone that came into her presence and went out of her way to create that atmosphere at Saint Thomas. She will be greatly missed. My condolences to her family.

Mrs. Jones you were so dearly loved and respected. You were my teacher at St. Elizabeth’s in Pompano and then again at St Thomas Aquinas. You taught us all to do our best and to be kind and faithful. You bestowed upon me my first Art Award and that was such a special thing, coming from YOU! You were a remarkable, blessed, courageous warrior for all your students. You have never left my heart and mind throughout the years. I pray for Mike and all the family at this saddest of times. Rest assured knowing that the Good Lord met her with the most open of arms saying, “Tina, a job well done!” Rest peacefully Mrs. Jones, Rest In peace and love❤.

It was an honor to work with Tina at St. Thomas Aquinas High School. She was a supportive coworker and friend. She always made sure that there was a Catholic dimension to the education there. She was a transformational leader. I'm sure when she arrived in heaven she heard, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
She was a class act who will be missed.

Once, on a conference in Orlando with Tina and Bob, Tina suggested we go to play mini-golf down the street from the hotel. Honored to join these two, I had a blast. Tina was such fun. And she played much better than I did! I love that memory. On a serious note, I can’t believe what she did for the school over the years, and I know she will be missed. God bless her family.
