ELLWOOD, Christopher (Chris). On behalf of Chris's Family we all want to say a heartfelt thanks to you all for your support, love, cards, flowers, phone calls on the loss or our much loved Chris. A dearly loved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. We also would like to send our thanks to all those involved in getting the help he needed at such a critical time, St. Johns Ambulance Waipukurau, the great love and care given by The Waipukurau Medical Centre, to the AAU at Hastings Hospital and finally to Cranford Hospice, they were magnificent to us all. Thank you all for coming to Chris's Service, and your thoughts on this amazing young man, made it a sad but uplifting occasion. As we do not know all your addressess, please accept this as personal thank you from us all. To the lovely folk who helped Chris when he was at home, you gave your time and friendship in every way, we appreciate all you did for him. You are true friends. We love you.
