Christopher “Chris” Maher, 32, Liberty, Missouri, died December 24, 2015. Chris was born in Rogers, Arkansas and worked general construction building homes. He loved his girls and was gifted at drawing sketches and decorating. Chris enjoyed collecting model muscle cars and the movie “Fast and Furious”. He was an Atlanta Falcons fan. Survivors include his wife, Crystal Maher of the home; daughters, Brileigh, Haileigh, Makynleigh, & Ashleigh Maher and Kylie Elizabeth Keith; his parents, Bill and Pat Maher of Liberty, Missouri; brothers and sisters-in-law, John & Kazuyo Maher of Half Moon Bay, California, and Mark Maher & Natalie Melrose of Portland, Oregon; maternal-grandmother, Anita Copeland of Slater, Missouri; father and mother-in-law, Donny & Tina Gatewood of Liberty, Missouri. Visitation will be from 11:30a.m. to 1:00p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2016, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2016, at the Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, Liberty, Missouri. Interment in the Glenridge Cemetery, Liberty, Missouri. Memorial contributions may be made at www.gofundme.com (Crystal Maher).

Pat and Bill, We just learned of Chris's death. What a shame. We didn't get to know Chris as an adult but can still remember those bright blue eyes and his love of all things play! Keep those happy memories in your heart.

Crystal, We didn't know Chris as an adult, but we remember him as a bubbly little boy, with a smile on his face, coming to Sunday School and Church. Our hearts go out to you and to Bill and Pat and all the family.
