Clinton Richard Schober Sr, "Chief", passed away on Sunday October 9, 2022 peacefully at home in Beloit WI after a short illness. He was born on June 17, 1960 in Beloit WI to William and Edith Schober. He was employed at United Alloy in Janesville WI. In August of 2019, he married Martha (Marty) Jentz. "Chief" enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and watching the Green Bay Packers.

Clinton is survived by his wife, Marty, of Beloit, sisters: Pearl (Mike) Reinart, Linda (Tony) Geister, Gloria (Mike) Jaschek; and brother James (Janet) Schober all of Beloit. Also surviving are his children: Clinton (Jessica) Schober Jr, Richard (Jennifer) Schober, Jessica Schober, all of Beloit, and Kyle Schober of Warrenton MO. Clinton had 13 grandchildren: Brittany, Summer, Sethe, Alisha, Nathan, Jayden, Bre'Onna, Brooke, Haley, Jared, Jord'N, Jaycee, and Camrin; 3 bonus grandchildren: Alexys, Alissa, and Dominic; 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by: both parents, sister Rose Oltza, brothers Bill and Bob, brother-in-laws Sonny Oltza and John Jaschek, and sister-in-law Cindy Schober.

The family had a private service, and there will be a Celebration of Life/Benefit for Clinton on October 22, 2022 at JJ's Tavern located at 1720 Shirland Ave, South Beloit IL starting at 2pm. All proceeds from the event will go towards funeral expenses.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Agrace Hospice for the kindness and support during this difficult time.
