Deirdre and family,
my Dad, Peter, shared a room with Colm several weeks back. He is back in hospital and would have enjoyed Colm as his roommate again, and enquired about him. Very sorry to hear of his passing; how lucky he was to have such loving care, home-cooked meals and all, from his family.

Dear Deanna,
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. I am sad to say that I never had the pleasure of meeting Colm, but his sister Ita, who married my late father's brother Michael, always spoke of him in warm and loving terms any time I saw her. If he is anything like her, he was a jewel of a man to be treasured by friends and family.
My deepest sympathy for your loss, God Bless.

Dear Deanna,
My deepest sympathy is with you, Colm's children and grandchildren today. I will always remember his loving and touching smile, his kind words, his jovial IRISH expressions and his lasting friendship that he had with my father Don, and my mother Mary.
You and your family will be in my prayers, God Bless

Dear Deanna and Deirdre
Met Colm last year and had a great chat about all our years at DDDS including the great picnics and Xmas parties we enjoyed. He had a big heart and cared a lot for his staff.
Our deepest sympathy.

Deanna,
I always felt those years 1980 t0 1987 that I spent with you Colm in Ottawa with all our mutual friends were, indeed, golden years and never forgotten. Golf at Hylands, Friday lunches at the RCAF Mess, the Press Club all told us what a great guy Colm was and how much fun we had. Dene and I are in Florida right now so we will not be at the final 18th hole. I'd give him the putt anyway.
