I know you don't know me, but my Mother, Ruby Ingold Bergman, always spoke fondly of Connie and therefore you have my sincerest condolences. Mother passed in 2002, but if she were still alive we would be there tonight,

Dearest Edna and family,
It is hard to imagine our neighborhood without Grandpa Connie. You and Connie always took the neighborhood children and made us feel like your family and for that I am truly appreciative to you both. I will always remember how you both could speak and put my father in his place when he needed it. Dad must have been misbehaving and God has once again called Connie to whip him back into shape. Please know that I love you all very much and will miss Connie as well.
