Corena Bower Obituary
Lancaster - Corena A. Bower, 27, of Lancaster, Ohio passed away February 24, 2018 in Lancaster, Ohio.
Corena was born December 12, 1990 in Lancaster, Ohio. She was a member of the St. Mark Catholic Church in Lancaster; was a kind hearted person; loved her dog Paco; well loved by lots of friends as well as her family; was a caregiver and favorite babysitter to many; carried championships in bowling; practiced taking pictures of herself because she loved photography; and was a caregiver for some elderly.
Surviving are mother Lora Bower (Rick Stover) of Lancaster; brother Curtis Coleman Jr. (Mya Smith) of Van Wert; aunts, Sheri (Michael) Ledgett of Lancaster, Terena (Todd) Burnheimer of Groveport, and Jeannie Bower of Bremen; uncle Charlie Hoy of Lancaster; grandmother Teresa Hall of Lancaster; several aunts and uncles; and nieces and nephews; father John O'Hara; uncles, Ray O'Hara III (Tasha Blankenship), Shawn O'Hara (Amy Bradford), and Bill Rutter (Leeann Rutter); grandmother Shelia O' Farrell; several nieces and nephews; and cousins on her fathers side.
Corena was preceded in death by her great-grandmother Bernadine Anderson; great-uncle Robert Anderson Jr.; and grandfathers Ray O' Hara and Charles Hoy.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the St. Mark Catholic Church, Lancaster, Ohio with Father Peter Gideon officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio.
Calling hours will be observed Friday, March 2, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home in Logan, Ohio. There will be a Christian Wake Service on Friday, March 2, 2018 in the evening at the funeral home.

As I look through my pictures of Corena. She has always had a beautiful smile and loving eyes. My life will be emptier without my cruisin' buddy. Every time I see the "landing strip" I will say a prayer for you. When you see Uncle remind him to sing your song 'Corena'. That was the only way he could get you to sleep. My heart hurts for all of the family and friends you were taken away from. I just want to scream and throw things, but that won't bring you home. All of my love for you forever.

I've known Corena since she was just 13yrs old. She was the sweetest person I ever knew. A heart of gold. Would give someone the shirt off her back if that's what they needed. This world is now just a bit darker without her. Rest in Heaven sweet sweet girl.
