Crystal Younger Obituary
Fishers - Crystal June Younger, 90, passed away June 14 while in nursing care in Fishers. She was born on July 28, 1926 the daughter of Cecil and Helen Sandoe.
Crystal attended Lincoln School in Randolph County. After school, Crystal and Robert Younger were wed in July of 1944. They raised a family on Ashland Ave in Muncie. She worked sales at the Fashion Barn for many years on the north side of Muncie. In her golden years Crystal enjoyed camping at Prairie Creek Reservoir and Oubache State Park. Later in life she became a game show fan especially Family Feud and The Newlywed Game. She was a member of CPC Sympathy Club, Marion, IN.
Left to mourn the loss of Crystal are her grandchildren Tim (Tracy) Younger, Chandler, AZ; Ron (Jennifer) Younger, Fishers, IN; Jennifer Bright, Poneto, IN; Amy (James) Wieboldt, Lees Summit, MO; Robert Younger, Phoenix, AZ; and Kimberly Younger, Orange, CA; 14 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Crystal was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Younger, daughter Jill Sylvester and son Stephen Younger.
Graveside services will take place at Gardens of Memory on Tuesday June 27, 2017 at 1:00 P.M.
