Cynthia Ferk Obituary
February 26, 1961 - July 9, 2025
Cynthia Jo Ferk of Stratford, Connecticut, passed away on July 9, 2025, alongside her beloved husband, Floyd Maxson. She was 64.
Cindy was a devoted sister, aunt, and friend - and above all, a devout Christian. She is now in the loving arms of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. She is survived by her brothers Michael Norton of Humble, TX, and Thomas Norton of Pensacola, FL, as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Cindy worked as Accounting Manager for Helicopter Flight Services, Inc., where she was known for her professionalism, warmth, and radiant smile. Her presence could light up a room, and she had a style all her own. It was a true blessing to witness her in moments of pure joy. She was a delightful woman.
Cindy and Floyd touched countless lives throughout their years together. She loved to travel and she had a passion for shopping - both of which brought her joy and lasting memories.
A memorial service for both Cindy and Floyd will be held in the near future. Details will be shared with family and friends as they come available.
Cindy's life was a blessing to all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Cindy was a delightful person to know. She was kind, generous and full of humor. I will miss our chats, our get-together whenever she was in town, the prayers that she shared from her brother. I feel privileged to have known Cindy and will cherish the memories we had together.

My sweet precious Cindy! I love you and miss you now and forever until I see you again! This picture was taken at 7:49 p.m. July 9th telling me "what a nice time we´re going to have". I had everything set to visit her and Floyd on August 20th and we were so excited for this trip! Rest in peace Cindy and Floyd!
