Cynthia L. Krell, of Lewiston, NY, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY. She was born in Youngstown, NY on January 24, 1959, the daughter of Jennie M. (Loicono) Ankenbauer and the late William Ankenbauer.Cindy was a graduate of Lew-Port High School. She was employed with Life Technologies on Grand Island for over 20 years, before becoming the human resource manager at United Biochemicals in Sanborn for the past four years.Cindy loved spending time and taking care of her family and friends. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, cooking, interior decorating, entertaining, listening to music and going for rides on the back of the motorcycle.In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 16 years, William J. Krell; one daughter, Melissa R. (Chet) Korczynski of Charlotte, NC; two brothers, William D. (Roberta) Ankenbauer of Topeka, KS and David B. (Kim) Ankenbauer of Lewiston; a sister, Deborah (Charlie Rubel) Wolf of Albion, NY; sister-in-law of Tracie (Scott) Ullery, Sandy (Charlie) Frantz and Thomas (Elain) Krell. She is also survived by Yukon and Aspen; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.The family will be present at the RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, Cayuga and South Ninth Streets, Lewiston, NY, on Friday from 3-7 PM, where funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM, with the Rev.
