Cynthia was born March 24th, 1953 in Los Angeles, California. She was given the nickname "Tootie" as a baby by her father Eldon Odell. In Cynthia's younger years, she liked to ride motorcycles and live the wild life. In her later years she enjoyed settling down and enjoying more time with family. Some of Cynthia's enjoyments in life were:being a grandmother, great grandmother, music, singing, dancing, playing the guitar, cooking, large family get-togethers, wearing costumes, crystals, drum groups, meditation, walking on hot coals, motorcycles, and had plenty of knowledge and was skilled with weapons. Cynthia had a love for feeding and supplying necessities for the homeless, and donating to the Smile Train (helping children with cleft lips). She was a huge animal lover, environmental, and community activist. She was also licensed in nursing and hypnotherapy. Cynthia is survived by her husband, Loren of nearly 22 years. She is also survived by her sisters Kathleen Lathrop of Soldotna, AK, and Tamera Curley of Mission Viejo, CA . She is also survived by her children, Brian Hogan , Marie Hogan, Jessica and her husband Michael Glass, Katrina Roose, and Neal Roose, all of Sacramento, CA., Gary Roose of Yuba City, CA, Jeremy Stigge of Grass Valley, CA, and J. Wood. Cynthia also had many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and a whole host of other friends, family and co-workers. I truly enjoyed working with Cindy! She genuinely cared so deeply about helping people and facilitating fun. May her bright spirit continue to shine as she illuminates the heavens. Thank you, Cindy for reminding me that there is a bigger purpose and that one act of kindness has a huge impact. Rest in Peace.
