Cythia Ellis Obituary
Born in Gaffney, S.C., she was the wife of Richard Sidney (Fred) Ellis; daughter of the late Grady and Hazel Sellars Jolley and step-daughter, of Ray Dean Sellars of Gaffney.
Mrs. Ellis was employed as a manager of Family Dollar in Spartanburg, loved crocheting and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Cameron Ellis and fiancé, Polly Mullinax of Gaffney, S.C.; brother, Rick Jolley and wife, Donna of Shelby; three grandchildren, Holden Ellis, Meredith Ellis and Sidney Ellis; mother-in-law, Irod Ellis of Gaffney, S.C.; step-brothers, Richard (Snake) Sellars and wife, Hoppy and Rudy Sellars and wife, Evette, all of Gaffney, S.C.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Patricia Jolley Cooper and Deana Jolley.
Visitation: 2-3 p.m. Friday at Blakely Funeral Home and other times the family will be at the home of Shuford and Nadine Jolley, 554 Green River Road, Gaffney, S.C.
Funeral Service: 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel
Officiated By: The Revs. Delos Blanton and Richard Sellars
Interment: Frederick Memorial Gardens
