Dakota Bratcher, age 18, of Muskogee, OK passed away February 11, 2010 at Northeastern State University.He was born May 23, 1991 in Muskogee, OK. He attended Hilldale School and was attending classes at Northeastern State University.Dakota was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and had some great friends there who were always asking about him. Dakota asked Jesus to come into his heart and was baptized at Fairview.Dakota enjoyed family get-togethers on Thanksgiving and Christmas. He also enjoyed his exercise time with his friend Malachi, swimming, running and walking to the top of Honor Heights Hill. He liked playing video games with his brother Justice and he loved his little sister, Summer. He loved his cat he named Pumpkin with all his heart.He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Gwenn and Jeff Wright; his father and step-mother, Jim and Kathy Bratcher of Tulsa, OK; his grandfather and grandmother, Roland and Bodene Moses of Muskogee; grandfather and grandmother, Ann and Wayne Bratcher of South Dakota; grandmother and grandfather, Pattie and Sidney Wright of Muskogee; and grandmother, Virginia Stoia of San Diego, CA. Also several aunts and uncles in Muskogee and surrounding areas.A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 15, 2010 at Fairview Baptist Church in Muskogee with Pastor Bobby Morgan officiating. The family entrusted Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home of Muskogee with the arrangements.
