Dale Farr Obituary
Dale was born on May 10, 1933 in Pocahontas, AR, the son of John W. and Lora (Stanley) Farr. Dale married Bertha Jean Neubauer on January 4, 1954. Dale was the owner and operator of TC Auto Sales and Shop for 42 years. Dale was a U. S. Army Veteran serving in Germany. Dale loved gardening, going to auctions, country music and going to the grocery store every day. Dale was a great cook and he was the last survivor of his immediate family.
Dale is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bertha; children Bill Farr, Ron (Angie) Farr, Barbara (Steve) Kadamian, Jim Farr and Kevin (Kitty) Farr; grandchildren: Jeff (Megan) Farr, Jennifer (Kyle) Boomer, Angela (Lee) Hospelhorn, twins Jamie and Jessica Farr, Dean Farr, Stephen Kadamian, Alex Kadamian and Michael Farr; great-grandchildren: Gavin, Dessa, Dayton, Jake, Jordyn, Jaxon, Troy and Brock.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
A service to celebrate Dale's life will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday May 13, 2015 at Advantage Funeral Home 7000 W. State St. in Rockford. Visitation for Dale will be Tuesday May 12, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will be at Willwood Cemetery.
