DALTON BACCO Obituary
DALTON ROBERT
Age 19, of North Hills, on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Cherished son of Frank and Kerri (Scott) Bacco; beloved grandson of Robert and Jill Scott, Nancy and the late Joseph Bacco; great-grandson of Bernadette Bacco; nephew of Kristi (Darren) Thompson, Brooke (Todd) Diederich, and Freddie (Lea) Bacco; cousin of Makaela, Gavynn, Mollie, and Brielle; also survived by many great-aunts, uncles, cousins; and his cats, Daniel and Bandit. Dalton will always be remembered as a person who could light up a room when he walked in and as a son who was his parents' greatest blessing. Being adopted himself, he was an active peer mentor in the adoption community. His love for people and willingness to help others led him to begin his studies in the field of Respiratory Care at Carlow University. He loved vacationing with family in Florida, often! But his true passion and talent was gaming on his XBOX. A gentle soul, Dalton will be dearly missed and remembered by all who loved him. Friends received, Saturday, 4-7 p.m. and Sunday, 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. at SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES, LTD. / ROTH CHAPEL, 7450 Saltsburg Road (at Universal Road), Penn Hills. A Service will be held, Monday, 11:00 a.m. in Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Glenshaw, EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Interment in Mt. Royal Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the family for a future scholarship in Dalton's name to be awarded to a foster/adopted child, as through his adoption, Dalton made his parents' world complete.

I'm so sorry I didn't know of Dalton's passing when it happened. I will forever be saddened by it and my lack of sympathy to you at the time. Kerri and Frank, you were his perfect parents. You gave him the security of love, along with a big extended family. I'm sure Dalton is in God's presence and I pray you gain peace as time continues to move on. Our family was deeply saddened to hear of Dalton's passing. My daughter Audrey knew him from high school and expressed fond memories of a class that they shared. I met Dalton when he worked at Target last year and always enjoyed our short but friendly interactions. I appreciated his sweet smile and kind demeanor. I know his coworkers and store guests enjoyed their encounters too. Praying for God's peace and comfort for your family.

He was a very good friend to my niece Alissa Kiser, Who went to high school with him and attended Carlow University with him.
