Dan LAPASCHUK Obituary
On August 27, 2012 Dan Lapaschuk of Edmonton, formerly of Two Hills, AB, passed away at the age of 88 years.
Dan will be dearly missed by nephew, Ed (Sylvia) Lapaschuk; caregivers, Olga and Emil Laskiwski; brother, Mike (Anne) Lopaschuk; sisters, Sadie Kozak, Jean Verenka, and Vicki Haverko; along with numerous relatives and friends.
Predeceased by life long friend, Mary Elkow; parents, Nickolay and Domnica; brothers, Peter and William; and sister, Annie Nohnychuk.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses on Unit 18 at the Sturgeon Hospital for all their care of Dan during his brief stay there. Funeral Service will be Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton with Reverend Benny Ambrosie officiating. Interment to follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greater Edmonton Foundation, Rosslyn Place, 10915 134 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T5E 1G4.

Olga & Emile: It was truly an honor to have known Dan the past 8 years. He had a heart of gold, and will be surly missed by all. Especially, his Bingo friends. The lodge will never be the same without him. We were always welcome into his room, and will miss his Di-boasje. Take care and God Bless you all.
