DANIEL DALLAS

Age 38, of Collingswood. Lost his battle with addiction on May 17, 2017. Born October 1, 1978 to Deborah Vitali and Daniel Fetterman in Wilkes-Barre PA. Dallas attended Coughlin High School and graduated E.L. Meyers, where he was an active athlete in both schools playing varsity soccer. He continued to excel with his love of sports throughout his life, playing on various softball, basketball and flag football teams in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area. His competitive spirit was present in everything he pursued. Dallas graduated from Misericordia University, in Luzerne County, PA, with a BBA in Business Admin-istration. He was a Nationally Certified Interventionist. His dream was always to help others with addiction and he was able to make this a reality, creating a career in the field. His first venture to help those in need was when he opened a sober living house called Altruistic Homes located in West Philadelphia. Dallas then went on to a new endeavor, designing an innovative treat-ment facility called Liberation Way, where he was serving as CEO, located in both Yardley and Bala Cynwyd, PA. This dream continues to grow as seen through a detox facility now open in Fort Washington, PA. Dallas dedicated his life to helping those in need and went above and beyond for not only those battling addiction, but anyone that crossed his path. His compassion for those living with the disease of addiction has helped thousands of people and countless others through his generous and caring spirit. He is preceded in death by this maternal grandparents Viola and Leo Vitali, and his paternal grandparents, Charles and Regina Fetterman.
He is survived by his wife Cindy, daughter Renata Joei, stepdaughter Ava Rosario, mother Deborah Vitali, of Philadelphia, his father, Daniel Fetterman and wife Pamela, of Wilkes-Barre, PA, brother Dane and wife Lisa, Haddon Township, NJ, Aunt Diane and Uncle Jack Sassi, who always believed in him, Uncle Gene and Aunt Joan Vitali, Aunt Denise and Uncle Alan Grula, Uncle Charles Fetterman all of Wilkes-Barre, PA and many fabulous cousins, wonderful friends that loved him and will miss him dearly, his loyal and devoted sponsor Mario Tamborello and last but not least his dog Bella.
Dallas' legacy will live on through what he has accompl-ished. His mother Deborah, will continue to live out his life's work by working with families in need at his treatment facilities. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his name at Youcaring.com where all proceeds will go to assist individuals that lack resources to obtain substance abuse treatment; or The Christopher Fund, www.tresislas.org, a charity Dallas held near and dear to his heart named for his late friend Chris Jemio, whose foundation provides sports equipment to orphanages in Mexico.
A Memorial Service and a Celebration of Life is planned for Thursday May 25th, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Crown Plaza, 2349 Marlton Pike W, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. All are welcome to attend. Funeral arrangements entrusted to BLAKE-DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, Collingswood, NJ.
