Kolton family and dearest friends,
On behalf of Steel Valley class of 2000, we extend our deepest sympathy during this most difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as we fondly remember our teacher, our mentor, and our friend Senor Kolton.
Mr. Kolton taught many of us during his last few years prior to his retirement. His fun loving attitude, his wit, and his teaching style combined created a classroom that everyone loved! His continued involvement within the community and the school district was truly motivating.
Although we understand that words cannot heal, we hope that time and memories of the beloved Senor Kolton may help to comfort you. Please know that we each have several stories of him, Spanish class, and our cherished time as he touched our lives. His concern, his kindness, and his sense of humor will not be forgotten.
We agree that he will be received by those who have gone before him and that he will truly be missed. Senor Kolton will be spending time coming up with clever nicknames, playing softball, teaching Spanish, and teasing his friends.
"A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops".

Dear Kolton Family,
As I'm sure you are hearing again and again, Mr. Kolton was one of my favorite teachers. He was a class act and had a gift for putting a smile on the faces of his students. It is said that to teach is to touch a life forever and, of him, this was certainly true. His inspiration is endless and his memory will live on in the hearts and minds of every life he touched.
