So sad to hear. He was a good friend at Amerada Hess, and always made me laugh and smile. Dear Lord bless his family and hold them close. May Daniel rest in peace in your loving arms.

I worked with Dan at BP for Wipro and have only today learned of his passing. Such a terrible surprise to hear of his passing. Although I managed Dan as part of my role, I considered him a friend and always looked forward to catching up with him on my visits to the team in Houston from my home in Aberdeen, Scotland. I could write more of my friend but it is all covered in his obituary so well. I recognise all I felt he was in the text and more. In particular, I remember his warmth, his humour and his loyalty to me and the team. A sad loss but his memory will stay in my heart and none more fondly of the night out with team when he demonstrated his lovely voice in song much to my surprise. A man of many talents loved by all.
Belated Good Night my friend xx

Used to work with Dan at Amerada Hess in the 80s. He was a very intelligent person and all round good guy. Wish I had kept in touch more. RIP

Dano was a warm wonderful man that always made me laugh. He was always there to help me and my children if we needed help. He is greatly missed and I know how much he loved his daughters and grand children. I will miss his impressions of the Simpsons and calling him the Big bo PA. He will be missed

My children called him Daniel Duck when they were little. We last saw him at Charlie's memorial service in the Fall. I picture them both together on a beach somewhere. Condolences and prayers to his family. May he rest in peace.

Misty, and family, Kathy told me the other day of this and I just saw this referenced on Linked In. You and your family are frequently in our thoughts of late and we wish you love, comfort, and the best journey possible through this difficult time. It was nice to read of his hobbies and exploits - disc golf is one of my many interests... Best, Christopher
